ULTEM™

It is a flexible thermoplastic polymer with high physical-chemical properties that is used in aeronautical engineering due to its high resistance and low specific weight.

This material is highly resistant to thermal variations, considered environmentally friendly and completely hypoallergenic.

ACETATE

It is a soft and resistant material to work with. It is obtained from plant compounds such as cotton. The frames are made with the help of acetate plates of different colors that are assembled together with a heating technique; the overlapping of several plates allows, among other things, to obtain unprecedented ranges of colors and great diversity.

TR90

This material is characterized by its lightness, ergonomics, resistance to shocks and scratches. In addition to being resistant to cold and heat, it is UV-proof and does not burn or melt. It is used both for fronts and sideburns, standing out for its elasticity and memory. It is mainly used for children and athletes frames.

BIOACETATE

Bioacetate is a biodegradable and renewable material that is manufactured from plant sources such as corn or sugar cane. Unlike traditional materials, bioacetate can decompose naturally in the environment, reducing the amount of waste and pollution that ends up in our landfills and oceans.

MONEL

It consists of an alloy of nickel, copper and tin. It is one of the most used materials in the manufacture of frames due to its resistance to corrosion and impact, it is also flexible and malleable. It is used in temples, bridges and front parts.

STEEL

It is an alloy of iron with small amounts of carbon characterized by its great hardness and elasticity.

POLARIZED

Polarization is a treatment that considerably reduces the glare generated by the bounce of light on horizontal surfaces, providing a more comfortable and glare-free view. Some of its advantages are total protection against UV rays, reduction of eye fatigue and improved ability to concentrate while driving. They exist with and without graduation.
